What is subscription solar?

It’s a simple way to Go Solar! No long-term contracts, no investment and no upfront costs.  Unlike traditional solar contracts that can last up to 25 years, subscription solar with Terra Energy is a 36 month “subscription” to solar energy-created electricity with 50% lower cost. You get a monthly electric bill that’s easy to understand, consistent, and lower! Take a peek at your current electric bill and try to decipher what all those fees are about. It’s difficult!

Subscription solar is less expensive and easier for property owners because it does not require any extra insurance or any maintenance.  Once installed, inspected, and a new meter has replaced the old meter, the first subscription payment will replace the higher electricity bills of the past. A small utility grid fee will remain on your utility bill, but those are usually $35 or less. Unpredictable rate hikes will be a thing of the past!

Subscription solar is tremendously more flexible than going solar with a traditional loan or lease. Customers are free to cancel after 36 months, but 98% of them choose to stay with Terra Energy. If you sell your property, you can cancel or transfer the subscription.  If you need a roof repair or roof replacement, the solar panels will be removed at no cost to you and re-installed after the work has been completed.

Terra Energy has succeeded! Property owners across the state of Florida can Go Solar very easily and save money every month. No upfront costs and no long-term worries over maintenance, insurance, or contracts. What’s not to like?  It’s time to Go Solar and turn on your power with the sun!
